Ruby M. Bowers, PA-C studied biology at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She then went on to receive a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Duke University in Durham, NC in 2018.
Ruby joined Metropolitan Neurosurgery in the April of 2019. Her duties including caring for patients in the metro area hospitals that we serve as well as seeing patients for consults and post-operative visits at our various clinic locations. She also assists our surgeons in the operating room. She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their care and encourages them to ask questions. Ruby is originally from Northern Minnesota and currently lives with her husband in Brooklyn Center. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and playing outside with her dog, Marvin.
