Alex Lee, PA-C was born and raised in St. Paul, MN. He began his career in health care working as a Paramedic and during that time he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Minnesota. He then went on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Dakota. After graduating from PA school, he worked in the Department of Neurosurgery at Mayo Clinic Health System.
Alex joined Metropolitan Neurosurgery in December of 2022 and he believes in providing patient-centered, high-quality compassionate care. His duties include caring for patients in the metro hospitals we cover, assisting our neurosurgeons during surgery, consulting with new clinic patients, and providing follow-up for established and post-surgical patients at our various clinics located throughout the metropolitan area.
Alex lives in downtown Minneapolis and in his free time he enjoys hiking, traveling overseas, cooking, music production, and live concerts.
