Krista M. Skoglund, PA-C studied Kinesiology and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. Her PA training was done at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated in 2012. While at the University of Minnesota she worked with the Football Athletic Medicine Department assisting the trainers, interpreting x-rays, and providing therapy and rehabilitation to injured athletes. She joined Metropolitan Neurosurgery in December of 2012. Krista’s duties include assisting the surgeons in surgery, seeing patient’s in the metro area hospitals we cover, and seeing patient’s in the office for consults and post-surgical follow-up visits.
Krista’s interests include participating in and watching numerous sports. She also spends as much time as possible on area rivers and lakes.
